"Rah Rah previously promised that their “Little Poems”/”I Could Tell You I’m Sorry” 7-inch was a primer for the new full-length, and sure enough, the Regina, SK-based pop rock band have now detailed their latest LP, The Poet’s Dead. It will arrive digitally on October 2 and physically on October 23 via Hidden Pony Records.
The collection was helmed by the production team of Gus Van Go and Werner F (the Stills, Hollerado, Priestess). According to a press release, this “fine-tuned” album “showcases some of the finest song- writing from the band and the strongest collective step forward to date.”
Multi-instrumentalist and occasional singer Erin Passmore said in a statement, “Recording with Gus and Werner was one of the most rewarding challenges I’ve ever been a part of. They understood how and when exactly to push us and I’m so proud of what we’ve been able to create with their help and guidance.”"
