"Trent Dabbs is an American singer-songwriter who was raised in Jackson, Mississippi, but has been based in Nashville for his professional career. Dabbs has released six solo albums and a self-titled collaboration album with Ashley Monroe since his move to Nashville.
Although he’s stayed busy writing, recording, and touring with his new band ‘Sugar & the Hi-Lows‘, Dabbs has taken time between projects to release a new solo album. Future Like Snow, released June 19, 2012, features 11 new songs, many of which are described as “rarities”.
Describing his title track, “Future Like Snow’, featuring Lori McKenna, Trent explains, "the song basically deals with taking in your surroundings with the understanding that it might not last forever"."
